Salary	Monthly salary: 200,000–300,000 yen (varies depending on job type, age, experience, and qualifications; negotiable)
Work Location	978 Oaza Ono, Itoigawa City, Niigata Prefecture (Headquarters and Ono Plant)
Working Hours	8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. (Lunch break: 12:00 p.m.–1:00 p.m.)
Holidays and Time Off	128 days off per year, a full two-day weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and national holidays, 10 days of paid vacation, and more
Eligibility Requirements	High school diploma or higher; approximately 2 years of work experience (negotiable)
Welcome Skills	Skills related to sheet metal fabrication and welding (arc welding, TIG welding, etc.) are a plus; English proficiency is a plus.
Job Description	Fabrication, welding, and other processes for industrial furnaces and heat treatment equipment
Pay Raises and Bonuses	Bonuses twice a year (July and December); salary increases once a year (April)
