RECRUIT-1
In order to respond to the customer's "I want this kind of machine", my job is to coordinate the concept, structure, actual design, and trial run.
RECRUIT-2
It starts with responding to the customer's "Can you say this?" Work related to orders and sales, such as drafting concepts, submitting estimates, and receiving inspections together with technology, work related to after-sales service, and some development work.
RECRUIT-3
(1) Planning and Management Department
It is an in-house coordinator for managing orders and sales, planning costs and executing construction work. A department that contributes to profit creation by connecting with all sections from the estimate stage to acceptance inspection.
② Procurement Department
Some companies call them materials and purchasing. The supplier is doing "purchasing and ordering" with the stance of being a partner.
③Production management
Planning and management of production processes, construction processes, etc., planning and management of implementation guidelines and procedures, and other management directly linked to manufacturing.
④Manufacturing Department
We specialize in monozukuri (manufacturing) by dividing each process from can manufacturing and welding to machining and assembly/finishing. We read drawings and instructions and carry out manufacturing. There is basically no flow work or repetitive work, and you can feel the freshness. When you are in charge of installation work, you may also manage and supervise the installation work of the machine and manage safety as a construction supervisor. I also do maintenance work for production equipment, mainly in the Hokuriku region, and sand casting of copper alloys.

Joined in 2017 Design Department
I design and develop industrial machinery and equipment. The main work is to examine equipment specifications and performance and create drawings. This work is something that ordinary people do not see. However, nothing can replace the sense of accomplishment when the equipment is completed and it can be operated safely. In the workplace, people of all generations, from young people in their 20s to veterans in their 50s and 60s, are on good terms, and one of the attractions is that the distance between departments is close.
Joined in 2019 Manufacturing Department
I usually work as a can maker. The main work is to bend, weld, and cut iron plates based on the blueprints to shape the products. The appeal of working at Tanabe is that you can make a product from scratch with your own hands, and because you work in a team, everyone's contributions combine to create a big product. It's also rewarding to be able to learn the skilled techniques of seniors up close and realize your own growth.
Joined in 2020 Control Sales Team
I belong to the control sales team in the Teramachi factory. I work on operation systems, control panel production, and electrical construction work. Since it is a small department, I am involved in a series of operations from sales activities such as estimates and orders to construction and management. I feel it. While working, I am challenging myself to acquire a qualification as an electrician under the qualification assistance system.
