RECRUIT-1
This job involves conceptualization, structural design, detailed design, and commissioning and adjustment to meet our clients” requests for ”machines like this.”
RECRUIT-2
The role begins by responding to client inquiries such as, ”Can you do this?” You will work closely with the technical team to develop proposals, submit quotes, and handle acceptance inspections—all tasks related to order acquisition and sales—as well as after-sales service and some development work. Overseas business trips are required. Candidates with English communication skills are welcome.

(1) Planning and Management Department
This department serves as the internal coordinator for managing orders and sales, planning costs, and overseeing project execution. It works closely with all departments—from the quotation stage through final acceptance—to contribute to profit generation.
② Procurement Department
Some companies refer to this as ”Materials” or "Purchasing." We handle "purchasing and ordering" from the perspective that our suppliers are partners.
③ Production Management
This position involves planning and managing production and construction processes, as well as developing and managing implementation guidelines and procedures, and performing other management tasks directly related to manufacturing.
④ Manufacturing Division
We specialize in manufacturing, with processes divided into sheet metal fabrication and welding, machining, and assembly and finishing. We carry out manufacturing by interpreting drawings and instructions. There is generally no assembly-line or repetitive work, so the work always feels fresh and engaging. When assigned to installation projects, we may serve as construction supervisors, managing the installation of machinery and overseeing safety. We also perform maintenance and upkeep on production equipment—primarily in the Hokuriku region—and carry out sand casting of copper alloys.
