As a manager, I perform a variety of tasks on a daily basis, from checking accounting-related matters and issuing instructions for corrections to dealing with problems both inside and outside the company.

Humility
I try to be more careful because I tend to forget things more easily than when I first joined the company, but as the General Affairs Department has connections with various departments within the company and each department thinks differently, I try to treat everyone with respect and on an equal footing, regardless of their position or status.

As you go about your job search, you'll likely encounter many things that don't go well or that you feel you've failed. However, if you don't dwell on it and use those experiences as motivation to work hard, results will come naturally, so enjoy your one and only job search as a new graduate. Also, once you've found a job and are starting work, be sure to honestly ask senior employees anything you don't understand. No matter how senior an employee you are, everyone was a new employee at one point. Ask until you understand, and use this to build your career.
