As a manager, I handle a variety of tasks on a daily basis, ranging from reviewing accounting records and issuing correction instructions to resolving issues both within and outside the company.

I try to be mindful of this, as I tend to forget it compared to when I first joined the company. Given that each department has its own way of thinking, and since the General Affairs Department interacts with various departments across the company, I make a point of treating everyone with respect and on an equal footing, regardless of their title or position.

As you go through the job search process, you’ll likely encounter many setbacks and moments when you feel like you’ve failed. However, don’t dwell on them—if you use those experiences as fuel to work hard, the results will naturally follow.
