Currently, I mainly work in administrative management. Specific duties include creating purchase orders and processing and handling various documents. When creating purchase orders, I order parts to make our products. Our company designs and manufactures raw material manufacturing equipment for secondary batteries, which is expanding globally. I arrange for the parts and materials needed to manufacture the raw material manufacturing equipment for secondary batteries. Our company requires travel to various regions for on-site product manufacturing and on-site trial runs. I also work to create and process various documents required for these trips. When creating documents, I communicate with our business partners. I'm still young and have a lot to learn, but I'm doing my job with the help of our business partners.
I think the atmosphere at our company is good. I was also nervous before joining, but once I did, I was warmly welcomed. Questions during work are answered politely and without complaint. The majority of employees also work enthusiastically and sincerely every day. I think the company culture is lively and motivated. Documents I create are circulated to other departments. Cooperation with other departments is important for smooth operations. There are no barriers to communication between departments within the company, information is exchanged frequently, and the atmosphere is such that problems don't take long to resolve. It's easy to communicate, both within and outside the department.
When I'm working, I try to make sure to ask if there's something I don't understand. If I do things with a vague sense of what might be going on, it can lead to big problems later on that are difficult to deal with, so if I feel even the slightest bit of discomfort, I communicate with the people around me and check what I feel is strange. Sometimes I hesitate to ask because the people around me are busy, but I think it's important to communicate before it becomes a big problem, so I make sure to ask if there's something I don't understand. There have been many times when my intentions were different from those of the person I asked, so I think it's really important.
