Taking on New Technologies

I am in charge of designing rechargeable battery manufacturing equipment. The rechargeable battery industry plays a vital role in solving energy problems, and with the growing adoption of renewable energy, demand for rechargeable batteries is increasing steadily. Rechargeable batteries are used in many products, such as automobiles and home appliances, and are an integral part of people’s daily lives. Therefore, working at our company gives me a sense of fulfillment, knowing that my work contributes to society.

To work at our company, it’s important to have a desire to actively take on new challenges and grow as a person. We’re also looking for people who value teamwork and can collaborate effectively with others. If you have a willingness to take on new challenges and are enthusiastic about initiatives to develop yourself, we believe you’ll be able to perform well in this role. In fact, many of our employees are thriving here regardless of the field they studied in college. Furthermore, we place a high priority on individuals who can consistently act with the customer’s perspective in mind. To provide services that are valuable to our customers, you’ll need to understand their needs and challenges and respond appropriately.

As students, I’m sure you’re working hard every day to grow as individuals while dealing with various challenges and concerns. Amid all this, you may be feeling anxious or uncertain—perhaps you can’t figure out what you want to do in the future, or you have an idea but don’t know how to move forward, or you’re unsure about job hunting or your future path. However, even in such situations, it’s important to keep a positive attitude and keep moving forward. I believe that by trying new things and gaining experience to discover what you truly want to do and what interests you, new paths will open up for you. Finally, to all of you students: you still have plenty of time ahead to grow. Let’s find what you truly want to do and work hard toward it.
