At university, he studied sports science and sports psychology and was a member of the baseball club. He injured his knee and left the club early in the second half of his third year of university, and began job hunting a little earlier than his peers at the time. Because I didn't know what kind of work I wanted to do, I attended many joint company information sessions, went to booths with empty seats and listened to talks about various industries and job types. April 2018-

In the General Affairs Department, he is mainly responsible for recruitment-related tasks. |
I work mainly as a recruitment officer in the General Affairs Department. I basically act as a liaison for job-seekers and job seekers, and perform a variety of recruitment-related tasks on a daily basis, such as company information sessions, arranging recruitment selection dates, and providing follow-up support.
Although I am not in the department that actually makes things within a manufacturing company, I find it fun and rewarding to create an environment where employees from other departments can work comfortably through recruitment, in-house training, and workplace improvements.
When I was thinking about changing jobs from my previous job, I was looking for a job that met the following criteria: 1. A local company, 2. A company that is rooted in the local community and contributes to it, and 3. One where I could utilize the experience I gained from my previous job, and this job met all of these criteria.
Even small and medium-sized local companies need to create a more open work environment in order to become attractive companies that attract the interest of job seekers and students seeking employment.
