Salary	Monthly salary: 200,000–300,000 yen (varies depending on job type, age, experience, and qualifications; negotiable)
Work Location	978 Oaza Ono, Itoigawa City, Niigata Prefecture (Headquarters and Ono Plant)
Working Hours	8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. (Lunch break: 12:00 p.m.–1:00 p.m.)
Holidays and Time Off	128 days off per year, a full two-day weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and national holidays, 10 days of paid vacation, and more
Eligibility Requirements	Candidates with experience in mechanical and electrical design (2 years or more)
Welcome Skills	Skills in electrical design and sequence control are a plus; English proficiency is a plus
Job Description	Electrical design and control panel design for industrial furnaces and heat treatment equipment; sequence programming; on-site commissioning; etc.
Pay Raises and Bonuses	Bonuses twice a year (July and December); salary increases once a year (April)
