About Tanabe
INTRODUCTION
Tanabe has "thermal technology" that has been cultivated for over a century since its founding. This thermal technology has been applied and utilized in various ways to meet the needs of the times. How to reduce garbage, how to reuse limited resources, and how to reduce greenhouse gases. Tanabe is an "innovator of thermal technology" who challenges the challenges of the times with thermal technology.

INTRODUCTION-1
The history of Tanabe begins with a maintenance business for an electric furnace owned by a local company. In 1957, we manufactured and delivered our first electric furnace, transforming ourselves into an electric furnace manufacturer for the steel industry. Since then, we have provided melting furnaces, including various electric furnaces, and various industrial furnaces, such as rotary kilns and oven furnaces, to a wide range of industries.
At Tanabe, we have a sincere and flexible approach to customer feedback and a venture mindset that does not hesitate to take on challenges. We are also expanding into the environmental field. We also propose a "processing system" that systematically captures the whole process for new manufacturing processes in diversifying industrial fields. We continue to meet the needs of the times in a wide range of areas centered on thermal technology.
INTRODUCTION-2
In recent years, carbon neutrality has become a global initiative. Protecting the global environment is an initiative that can be said to be the responsibility of humankind. One of the major initiatives in this regard is the promotion of electric energy. At Tanabe, we provide high-temperature, high-airtight rotary kilns that apply thermal technology as equipment capable of continuous heat treatment of high-performance powders such as secondary battery materials, and support global carbon neutrality.
Technologies for smelting and reducing manufacturing by-products to meet the ever-increasing needs for recovery of valuable metals in the environment and resource recycling fields, technologies for reducing the volume of municipal waste incineration ash that contribute to the improvement of serious garbage problems, and use as insulation materials for houses Tanabe's thermal technology, such as the electric furnace technology for manufacturing the "Rockwool" that is used for industrial purposes, supports people's lives and contributes greatly to society.
INTRODUCTION-3
In 1971, the technology developed in-house was highly evaluated, and the plant was exported to the United States, the world's leading producer of ferroalloys. At that time, the expansion of Japanese companies, which were internationally unknown, attracted attention and was described as a "little giant" in local industry magazines. With this as a start, inquiries on the international stage surged, and in 1975 an order for the world's largest furnace was received from the former Soviet Union, and Tanabe's furnace grew into a global brand.
Since delivering electric furnaces to South Korea in 1963, overseas deliveries have continued to expand, mainly in Asia and Europe, including the United States, China, and Russia. , and we have delivered to 30 countries so far. We will continue to meet the needs of the world as an innovator of thermal technology.
