Regarding Condolences for the Itoigawa Fire

Dear Sir or Madam, As we enter early winter, we would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations on your company’s continued success.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for the messages of sympathy we received so promptly following the recent major fire in downtown Itoigawa.

Fortunately, our Teramachi Plant is located about 600 meters from the source of the fire and was facing away from the wind, so it suffered no damage. We were also relieved to learn that our employees’ homes miraculously escaped harm.

However, we are deeply saddened that our business partners and others have suffered immense damage as a result of this unprecedented fire.

We apologize for any concern this may have caused, but we are now able to operate as usual, and we sincerely appreciate your continued support and patronage. We would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude.
