Characteristics of superheated steam

  • Rapid heating is possible by combined heat transfer of convection, radiation, and condensation (4 times the thermal energy effect compared to hot air)
  • Treatment effect equivalent to inert gas is possible (oxidation suppression, thermal decomposition treatment, carbonization treatment, etc.)

    A type that uses electricity as the main heat source and uses an electric heater for easy operation, precise temperature control, and processing up to a high temperature range (up to 700°C).
  • Electric heater heating method Heat recycling (waste heat boiler) type
    An energy-saving type that utilizes the energy (calorie) of the processed material as steam generation energy while maintaining the operability and controllability of the standard type. By designing and utilizing exhaust heat, the optimum exhaust gas system that matches the calorific value of the processed material dramatically reduces the unit cost of processing.
