高温雰囲気炉になります。るつぼ型溶融炉で昇降装置も付帯できます。温度は最高2000℃など多数実績があります。雰囲気もアルゴンガス、窒素ガス、ヘリウムガスなどでの雰囲気で加熱となります。加熱方式は関節加熱、カーボンヒータ方式です。
