FEATURES

A valuable metal reduction recycling melting furnace that carbon-reduces copper and precious metals contained in the incineration residue of waste substrates, and metal oxides contained in by-products of the stainless steel manufacturing process.

Metal reduction reaction example

  • Nickel: NiO+C → Ni+CO
  • Chromium: Cr203+3C → 2Cr+3CO
  • Iron: FeO+C → Fe+CO
  • Iron: Fe203+3C → 2Fe+3CO
  • Manganese: MnO+C → Mn+CO
