Equipment Features	High-Performance Briquette Machine (Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Mattex Co., Ltd. / Manufactured by RUF) By incorporating a continuous briquette production system with a two-stage compression process (pre-compressor and main cylinder)—which achieves a “consistently high density” and “uniform size” for briquettes regardless of the properties of the raw material (shavings)—into the upstream process, it enables metered feeding and stable processing. Safe Handling and Safe Dissolution The briquette cleaning and degreasing system, which utilizes superheated steam, safely cleans and degreases briquettes in a mesh belt oven without igniting the residual oil contained within them. Furthermore, it minimizes the risk of flames during melting, enabling a safe melting process. Oxidation-inhibiting effect (improved dissolution yield) Treatment under an ultra-low-oxygen atmosphere inhibits oxidation and reduces residual carbon, which is expected to improve the quality of the treated material (and lead to higher yield during dissolution).
