For samples requiring extended firing times (4 hours or more), we recommend a batch-type rotary kiln. Similar to a continuous rotary kiln, this system introduces various atmospheric gases into the kiln chamber and fires the raw materials while agitating them. Since it is a compact pilot-scale unit, it facilitates the evaluation of small quantities of high-value-added raw materials.

Equipment Features	Since the retort can be easily removed for testing, cleaning during product changeovers is straightforward, and the equipment offers excellent maintainability. We can customize specifications to meet customer needs. Since processing conditions can be easily changed, this system is capable of handling a wide variety of products. Because it is a batch-type process, small-lot production is possible.
