FEATURES

We provide equipment that cools raw materials discharged from a rotary kiln through heat conduction via a cooling jacket structure.

Equipment Features
  • Since the material is discharged while being agitated inside the furnace by a jet of gas, the load on the raw materials and the furnace surfaces in contact with the powder is low, resulting in minimal metal contamination.
  • As with rotary kilns, these can be manufactured using retort materials tailored to specific needs.
  • Easy to maintain and adjust the clearance.
