Equipment Features	乾燥・焼成等の各熱処理ニーズに合わせたヒートパターンが可能各ゾーン毎に温度制御をしているため、製品の熱処理ニーズに合わせたヒートパターンを設定することが可能です。空冷却機構（オプション）熱処理過程で発熱する処理物に対しては、温度制御がオーバーシュートしないように冷却機構を設け安定制御することが可能です。 Customization Designed to Prevent Contamination To minimize contamination from metals such as Fe, we can customize the parts that come into contact with the processed material to be made of special alloys such as nickel. Countermeasures Against Sticky Labels お客様のニーズに合わせたシール構造を提案します。また、微細な原料に対しては、シール周りの飛散を抑えるための集塵・防塵カバーも取り揃えております。高気密シール（オプション）カーボン材を用いた独自のシール構造により、可燃性雰囲気下での連続焼成を実現します（高気密シール特許番号：特許第4150368号）。トータルエンジニアリングロータリーキルン本体だけではなく、キルン排出以降の原料冷却設備から排ガスの処理（脱臭・集塵）までお客様のニーズに合わせたトータルエンジニアリングを提案します。
