Equipment Features	Safe Processing Without Ignition: Compared to conventional direct-combustion systems, this method significantly reduces the risk of fire and ensures safe and stable operation. Higher Quality and Safer Dissolution: Chip material that has been cleaned using superheated steam contains only trace amounts of residual oil and moisture, resulting in minimal flame generation during dissolution and enabling a safer dissolution process. Oxidation Inhibition Effect (Improved Leaching Yield) Processing under an ultra-low-oxygen atmosphere inhibits oxidation and reduces residual carbon. Consequently, the reduction in oxides is expected to improve the leaching yield of metal components. (Other companies’ results: Data showing a 1–2% improvement is available.)
