We offer small batch furnaces that can produce small lots for raw materials that cannot be processed in a rotary kiln and for various tests.

Equipment features
  • As a batch furnace, it is easy to obtain data and parameters according to the processed material.
  • Compatible with special atmospheres (in addition to superheated steam, Ar, N2etc.)
  • Compatible with small lot production
Basic spec
  • Effective volume: 1㎥ or less (please consult us separately)
  • Heater temperature: ~800℃
  • Atmospheric gas: Superheated steam (others Ar, N2(can be deployed in inert gas)
  • Input steam amount: ~50kg/h
