Taking on new technologies

I am in charge of designing secondary battery manufacturing equipment. The secondary battery industry plays a very important role in solving energy problems, and with the spread of renewable energy, demand for secondary batteries is increasing. Secondary batteries are used in many products, such as automobiles and home appliances, and are closely related to people's lives. Therefore, working at our company gives me a sense of fulfillment, knowing that my work contributes to society.

When working at our company, it is important to be proactive in taking on new challenges and have a desire to grow as a person. We also seek people who value teamwork and are able to work cooperatively. If you are willing to take on new challenges and are enthusiastic about working to grow yourself, we believe you will be able to work without any problems. In fact, many of our employees are active in areas other than the one they studied in school. We also value people who can act with the customer's perspective in mind at all times when working at our company. In order to provide valuable services to our customers, it is necessary to understand their needs and challenges and respond appropriately.

As students, we're sure you're currently working hard every day to improve yourself, while facing a variety of challenges and worries. You may be feeling anxious and worried, unable to find what you want to do in the future, having something you want to do but not knowing how to pursue it, or feeling lost about your job search or career path. However, even in such situations, it's important to continue to approach things positively. I believe that by trying various things and gaining experience in order to find out what you want to do and what interests you, paths will open up. Finally, all students still have plenty of time to grow. Find what you want to do and work hard towards it.
